I started on 75, went up to 150 but the side effects I was having on the 150 were horrific, everyday I would cry and barely eat anything for 6 days and even have diarrhoea, so spoke to my dr and he put me back down to. 75 so hopefully this works

Hiya! When I started it I started on 37.5 and increased by that dose on each increase until I got to 225 which seems to be enough. I did attempt to increase but my new gp put my up 75mg and I couldn’t cope. Maybe you could ask for the lower dose?
