La diferencia entre la supuesta dictadura de Venezuela y la dictadura de China es que un pais sufre asedio económico con su oro y empresas en el extranjero robadas por EEUU e Inglaterra. China tiene lo contrario. La única razón que Venezuela tiene menos muertos per capita que EEUU y Colombia es la buena administración de la sanidad a pesar del asedio. Ya parece que Cuba esta en etapa de pruebas para la vacuna contra el Covid 19. Acuérdate que Cuba tiene una larga experiencia en la creación de vacunas.
