I popped into Meridien Modena in Lyndhurst (New Forest National Park, Hampshire, UK) today to have a look around Michael Schumacher’s 5th title-winning F1 car, the Ferrari F2002!
Engine: 3.0L V10
Power: ~850bhp
Weight: 600kg
This car was given to Meridien Modena by Ferrari Maranello in 2018 for winning ‘Ferrari Dealer of the Year’, which is a global award and the highest distinction that an official Ferrari dealership can receive!
Meridien Modena is the only Ferrari dealer in the world to have won Showroom of the Year (2014), Aftersales Dealer of the Year (2017), and Ferrari Dealer of the Year (2018) awards respectively.
It still amazes me how small and light these cars are compared to modern F1 cars. Also there is something appealing about the simplistic aerodynamics.
