I love how you show us your thought process and that you make so many changes until you feel it’s just right. I completely do the same, lol sometimes over and over😂. For your bar stools you could get upholstery clear twist tacks so you don’t have to worry about them coming off but after the season is over they easily unscrew.
I think you should get some wire from "$ Tree", and a d shape the wire the size of the mirror, then apply the garland to the wire. Create a fold over hook, w extra wire. To hang garland onto mirror!. That will be simpler I think!😂😂😂 Welcome!
