धन्यवाद महोदय, मेरी मशीन अब फ्री और बिना धुंए के चल रही है, दो दिन पहले मेरी एक मशीन इस चक्कर में एक दिन में जल गई थी, उसको रिप्लेस में करवा ली लेकिन दूसरी मशीन की आपने जान बचा ली ।

मै पहले लोकल ब्लेड इस्तेमाल कररहे थे. blockboard अचा कटिंग हो रहा लेकिन plywood चीरने से धूआ इतने आते की मै burning smell पहचान पाऊँ और पूरा कला धिकेगा cut. बादमे आपके वीडियो देख के sandmaster blade मंगाया और कटाई लाजवाब था. लेकिन जल्दी जंग आ रहा और ब्लेड को बदलना पड़ा. अब ए तरीका आप ने ढिकया ओ बहुत अच्छा है अगले बार पुराने ब्लेड को फेकने की पहले इस तरीका करूंगा ताकि थोड़ी पैसे बचजाएं.
ply, block, particle , finger joint जैसे engineered wood boards मे जैसे thickness बढ़ेगी कम teeth वालि blade को use करने हैं थाकी ज्यादा sawdust cutline से निकले. मुझे 19mm board के लिए 105mm-40tooth blade और 25mm के लिए 105mm-30tooth blade इस्तेमाल करने से बढ़िया नतीजा मिल रहा है.

But one thing you failed to mention that while bending the teeth of the blade, will certainly increase the kerf of the blade and make your gauge plate offshore by 1/16 of an inch.
