A ride around the peaceful city of Bamako, Mali in West Africa. Follow Eboh Media Facebook : / Instagram : / ebohgee Thanks for watching, ka Odi.
I'm 79. My mother's uncle was Postmaster General in Dakar when it was part of French West Africa. I still remember the stamps of that era sent to my mother depicting local people. This video is the first time for me to see this beautiful capital. He was in Bamako, as well. I thank those who made this possible. Michel, born in Paris, now in New Hampshire, USA. AWESOME!!!
I’m korean american but I’ve lived in mali since I was 5. it’s the closest a country has felt like home to me, so I’m rly happy and proud to see you exploring it 🫶
I am Canadian and my husband is Malian I will be traveling there in Augest to meet my mother in law and the rest of my family I am nervous but very excited 😊
It is very lovely to see a french west african capital through eyes of an english west african citizen. Ididn't know that this Bamako has changed at this point. To finalize lets me say some words to the Bamakois. Merci.
My brother, we aren't french or English. We are bantu, eastern african, western african, Senegalese/Congolese/Nigerian/Somalian or any other ethnicities in the beautiful Africa. I understand your message, but mentioning the colonisers ethnicities/language to differents ourself, is downgraded (personal opinion).
You just have to make sure you acquaint yourself with a local because you are latino and can easily be mistaken from some of the jihadist from the north that has plaqued Mali for a while so they're just worried but once you tell them you're a tourist from overseas, they're very friendly and will assist in your tour and vlogging. Love from a guy from Bamako in Houston, Texas.
Maliba me manques beaucoup. Man you have no idea how you just made my day from seeing my city here all the way from Houston. Thanks so much and keep it up and please go back again and do more tour and try to interact with the people especially the local art makers in the market. I would love to see more on my country.
Thank you for uploading this video! I was just reading about Mali and I had never heard anything about Bamako and wanted to see what it was like, this video is exactly what I was hoping to find!
Just don't know why we are so happy to cut down all our trees and not even plant new ones. Only to build concrete boxes that are much too hot. Maybe it's time to go back to using mud to build but maybe innovate with it in styles and technique
Makes me wish I never moved to the states. There’s something deeply nostalgic about any country in Africa once u experienced it there’s nothing else in the world like it ….
Speaking from my own experience I wish everyone could start wearing their helmet as part of our new philosophy. Let it be embedded in us… Overall the country is yet to be developed it’s young and extremely rich. Full of potential ❤❤❤
Good job bro! Beautiful city. I wish I could piggyback on your travels. You’re our Marco Polo. Very proud of you 👍🏾 Thanks for sharing all these adventures and our beautiful West Africa. Stay safe and Godspeed 💕
It would have made more sense if you had described the city for us. Getting a tour guide or a local to tell us more about the city would have made this video more interesting and educative.
Need some narratives to enable viewers appreciate the city and its people and culture. Road trip is not enough and could be boring. We need value for our time and data😜

It is not a "french" capital, french is not the most spoken language and french is no longer an official language.

It’s so clean 💕🙏🏾
Bamako is a safe city! I stayed more than 1 year here. Though I tried to vlog here but most of the time locals usually ask me not to take a video.
