Hello Alex, I really liked watching the video. However , I am confused on 1 point. Can I create different status instead of changing the workflows ? How does it differ ?
Hello just saw your video and watch it, I still have some question that remain unanswered even when I'm searching in the forum. I want to create simple ITSM Platform with jira where the input is via Email Request not via portal. The issue is that, for every email that I received, I can't change the request type, SLA, etc. in the simple ways. I must click open the issue in the navigator and click move then complete 4 steps just for change the issue type, I want to make it easier. So, when I received an email request/incident, I can allocate it to ex: P1 (System down issue must be remediate in 4 hours), or Standard (Client request for service must be completed in 8 business hours). Can you help me to solve this? Thank you

How to set changing the status based on due date concept in kanban board by using automation. From this workflow "To Do --> Blocked due date 4 days. Blocked---> in progress (due date no need ) in progress---> code complete (5 days).so first one, 4 days it's completed automatically status move to another status .how will do
