am a English medium student and i think that there is a hell lot of difference when you are preparing English for any competitive exams and when you are talking in English generally. When we are conversing in English many things are not considered wrong but if we look at them from grammatical pov they and incorrect. I admit this thing but still somewhere i think that English medium students have a lil more benefit because they are lil accustomed of English since their childhood. Moreover, they are studying gs, reasoning and maths also in English. More or less they are benefitted.
