Nice review! After watching it I went to the Sym dealer and tesdrove today this model and the Cruisym 300. I liked the Maxsym 400 much better! The powerful engine and the torque of almost 40Nm at quite low rpms (5250) are fabulous. The variator is much more sportier and responds instantly too. The Maxsym has less leg room than the Cruisym and a taller seat. The seat is wider too. I would recomend Cruisym for shorter riders.
The handling of the Maxsym is much more precise and sporty than the one on the Cruisym, you feel the scooter much better. The weight of the Maxsym is 215kg. Looks like a lot on paper, but that is only on paper, when you start riding it feels very light and compliant. I think I am in love with this scooter. I went imediatly to the Yamaha dealer to try the Xmax for comparison, while I had the experience with the Maxsym fresh in my mind, but they had no scooter available for testdrive.

Would you take sym maxsym 600 or Honda forza 350? I'm a tall guy 188cm, 6.2. Honda is new and has some nice additions like full led light, traction control is pretty fast but sym is bigger. On the other hand, Honda is probably more reliable, parts cheaper and easier to get
Hi, if your plan is every day commute home/work and little get aways the Honda 350, if you do plan to travel long distances i prefer the maxsym. Im 185 and I have no issues on either. Honda is reliable but i personally own i sym with 90000kms and also have no problems. Parts and assistance easy to find, at least on my country. Ride Safe

Great review. Nice scooter but for this money i think Honda Forza 350 or Kymco Xciting 400 is a better buy.
Is it better than Honda Forza regarding driver size I am 186cm high...

hi, almost 200cm on a 300cc it will not be eay. why not the forza 350? or even my perosnal scooter kymco super dink 350i . ride safe

I have the 2023 Xmax 300 and I don't think ANY Maxi scooter is as good !!!! I love it....plenty of leg room plenty of storage. Top speed 87mph GPS. gas mileage 75mpg going 70mph ABS. TRACTION C9NTROL. There is no other Maxi scooter can compare in ALL THESE AREAS !!!! Some are good at some but nit ALL AREAS
