Thank you thank you...I needed to see how to disassemble the switch so as to tighten the loose throttle tube. As an aside, I have been successful cleaning the start switch by spraying contact cleaner in the gaps beside the switch and rocking the switch back and forth until it freed up! Thanks again!!
I found this video really helpful, my starter switch was stuck as well and i follow step by step your video. Thanks a lot. I would like to know if you have something similar for left controller of the handle bar. Unfortunately sun light burn and damage color of the switch and i want to chat it. Please let me know. Thanks, from Italy
Hello, I was wondering if the motorcycle will require clearing error codes if I ordered and replaced this part myself. Do you have any experience to share?
Hello everybody. I would like to share with you my solution to the problem of the kill switch button being difficult to press. Just as shown in the video the white tab with the spring is the problem. However, it is not necessary to remove it completely. The real problem is that the spring is a little too long and makes the tab move less easily. I simply cut off a small piece of the spring at one end and then lubricated it with white grease. You really have to start cutting a very small end of the spring (a first stitch) and adjust as needed. Now my button works great with no loose.
Brillant tutorial... Thank you Rocks n Roads Adventure:) Brilliant work
Very instructive video..keep doing it...great channel..

Great video. Did not see the part when to lubricate the switch you talked about. Just WD all over the parts?

great video! what did you use for cleaning the switches?
for the left side is the same?
Thx a lot. Please can you make the left side because I have stuck in menu button
how did you clean the assembly? only by WD-40?
Just a heads up, wd 40 will destroy certain plastics
I need the same video for the left one, do you have it?
Sorry I don't.

Agree, just too long spring. 2-3 rolls cut off
