Mazda Rotary Pulley Degree Tool

In this tech video, I am demonstrating how to use the new Pulley Degree Tool, that I've been working on with Xtreme Rotaries. I'll explain why I use one and also why I think any serious rotary engine builder (and tuner) should have one of these in their toolbox.
