Not completely the worst times I've ever faced though. I have faced some true, real horrors and hardships as an adult. There are some days where I wish I could go back to my more simple childhood days. But I guess there are plenty of perks to being an adult too. Don't be too eager to grow up, it already goes by too fast anyways.
junior high is also known as middle school, which I am in now. I'm in 7th grade and I hate it. Let me tell you, that evil doctor did an amazing job creating it to make misery. Being a tween isn't fun because you're not fully a teenager but you're also experiencing the same emotional and physical changes as teens do. Trust me. Those who are still in elementary school, brace yourself for the shock of middle school.
Freshman in high school, here. I had to adjust to a lot of changes going into 7th, but I eventually got accustomed to it and enjoyed it as much as a self conscious tween can. Then eight grade came, and all in all, it was probably emotionally easier especially since I gained a huge confidence boost. Then high school. It's always a bit hard to adjust, but it's actually easier to me. A lot of things don't seem to change physically and sometimes mentally going into high school though. Still have braces, raging hormones, acne, popularity. Sometimes you can get away from it, and sometimes you just don't care as much anymore. Looking back, I actually disliked elementary the most so far. Elementary you follow the same path as everyone else. Middle school you start to grow into yourself. High school you truly find yourself. Everything usually seems worse in the now. Just live through it, try to enjoy it, and hopefully things get better for you.
People only hated 1D because the internet hates when girls like things. It’s such a double standard bc no one bats an eye when boys go crazy over their favorite sports team.

This is so true. Most of the things we learn in School we never use in modern life. I mean people argue that we use math everyday to which I'll say, "Thats true. I need to make sure that I'll have the right about of money to buy something and after I pay for the items if I'll have enough to play on the crane machine," and that is really the only kind of math average people use.
it is partially a matter of what you want to do. People who get an engineering degree and get a job as an engineer, will be happy they learned all that math. But as for the rest of us . . .
Umm if you get into to any form of programing, computer science,or game design you will be so glad you learned all that math. As someone who hated algebra and geometry I began to absolutely love it when I found a place I could use it to create something.(game programing) the problem is not the math but the way it's taught imo when it's just problems on a piece of paper with no reason to really solve them it's terrible ,but when it's used to make something beyond your wildest dreams it's amazing!! If teachers showed there students all the possibilities this tool brings up I really believe the students would begin to love it ,but when it's just busy work it seems worse than torture.
