yes.. true story.. these tribes are called 'garo' northeast indian.. we called ourselves as 'A.chik'.. our parents are still telling about this fact that we became christian in this way.. thank u so much God and missionaries.. now 90% of us are christians.

Some years ago an old man who were part of our prayer group said something remarkable, which I willl never forget, and always put to the test. He said: If the preacher teaches on his sermon on Sunday something you read about during the week, know it is God who confirm through him. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you. 3 For I am the Lord your God, The Holy One of Israel, your Savior;" It seems to me that if we are called to be martyred for the Lord He will be with us and may possibly keep us from suffering too much. Also the Lord showed me that the Hebrew children that went into the furnace in Daniel knew this Isaiah scripture because it was about 140 years before that and they didn't get burned in the fire. Anyway, he died for me and no question I would die for Him! Shalom!
