Good question. You actually cannot because you would end up cooking the puff print Vinyl when applying the regular vinyl because the regular vinyl requires much higher heat.
@@Juicembk you can do it vice versa though. You can lay puff print over regular vinyl. You just have to wait for the heat press to go back down to 280° before applying the puff over the regular vinyl.
One thing I’ve noticed is that the puff doesn’t last very long. It’s still thinker than regular vinyl but does not retain the puff after some washes. Anyone has the same issue??

oh dang.. you can layer puff onto puff?? other channels say it can't be done.. that it affects the puff when you double press..

Heat transfer puff is not that good
Invest in better quality and you won’t have a problem.
