Meet Nick and his Ford Econoline. Nick originally lived in a house in Oregon but couldn't shake the feeling of wanting to travel full-time. A long-time fan & follower of the tiny house movement, Nick eventually decided that the tiny community was something he wanted to be a part of. He started his life on the road in an RV but ultimately chose to live in an even smaller vehicle that would allow him to travel to all the off-grid places his RV could never have reached. His van features a fixed bed with tons of storage underneath, a kitchenette with a small sink & countertop, and a few cabinets for all his needs. Nick has found that he prefers to live simplistically with minimal material items, which helps keep his space clean & his mind present in whatever beautiful location he visits.

Very nice. I love the colored led lights, the paisley print on the back doors and the exterior color. Good choices. They give your van a lot of personality. The kitchen counter is spacious. Your traveling companion is very cool. Happy trails and thanks for the tour.

I just wonder what do with your dog when you are in hot weather and you need to take shower or go in the stores etc. or if you had an appt to go to. etc.
Haven't heard any van dwellers mention that or talk about it.
There has to be hot weather some places you get caught in.

Go to the Yukon if you come up to Canada and hit up Alaska while your there. Gl to you and you have a very nice build there.
I like the set up in this van. Not cluttered at all. Love the patten fabric on the back door. I will use that idea myself.

Boy, do you bring back some memories! I was born and raised in Salem Oregon many trips to Bend, Oregon, where my uncle was the mayor! The trip from Salem to band what is incredible! Also, was offered a football scholarship to Linfield college in McMinnville where my cousin also lived! That was way back in the day! Also, was a locomotive engineer, going through McMinnville from Portland! Left Oregon as a partner, an ad agency in Salt Lake City and then a real estate broker in Las Vegas unbelievable life! Sorry to digress

Had the dog been miserably hot, he would have sought shade under the vehicle.
The tubular structure surrounding the fiberglass high top is tubular. Wonder if it has other purposes other than a mount for the shower water tank and whatever (Roll up tent?) is mounted on the passenger side.

Put the fridge on a wood dolly with casters...and get seat covers for the Rv chairs.
