Description ba of quality teacher ang tinatanong mo? A quality teacher has mastery of the subject matter and knows exactly how to teach that subject to diverse students.

I have a question maam. How about those professors in a state university w/ a license because their courses don't have board exam like BS Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, are they not teacher? Thanks
The Code.of.Ethics only covers teachers in the basic education (highschool and elem). Colleges/universities, State universities are not within the ambit of the code.

each college/university has clear policy as regards teachers' conduct which are stipulated in their manuals. Yung ibang regulatory bodies din like CHED
