great video!! I was wondering though how to use the wireless chargeing feature and what wireless chargers work with this phone
Any wireless charger should work! My wireless charger is just a generic one from Amazon, I actually don't even remember the brand. The only ones I would avoid are the Magsafe chargers that are made for iPhones but other than that anything should be fine. Using it is really simple, all you have to do is make sure the charger is plugged in and then set the phone on top of it, no special settings or anything to turn on. Also if you have a case for your phone, I would take it off when using the wireless charger.

How do I turn on the read notifications for messages? Tia
In the messaging app hit the three vertical dots on the top right corner, go to the settings, tap where it says "advanced messaging," and toggle on the option that says "share read status." I think it is on by default - at least mine is. But if they're not working, double-check to make sure it's on

That’s not normal at all, it sounds like the device is defective. I’d contact Cricket and try to exchange it
