This performance followed up after the episode he sung Uptown funk. Uptown Funk was his lowest scored episode where he placed sixth. So when he did Adagio he just poured 300% of himself into it to get back up into the top placings. And in fact he placed first in this episode 💙😊💚😊❤😊💜😊💛

He makes me CRAZY!! Everytime I think THIS is the best performance, Master Dimash does it again!! This performance has SO MUCH passion and execution that I got goose bumps!!?? If there is another performer with THIS much emotion, I have not seen them...Dimash, YOU are so talented, in so many ways...Now, Ms. Sabina, YOU must look up his interviews, one when he was very young (6 ?), and one more current. You won't believe how intelligent and sincere this man/boy is. Not only are his parents/grandparents SO proud of him....WE ARE!!!!!

This is one of the best performance of this song, the amount of catharsis he conveyed in this performance is so explosive. The pain, the desperation, the hope all in this performance. He had to be the best in this performance in order stay in the competition and he nailed it.

I can't count the number of times I've seen this performance. But it never gets old. Every time, I'm blown away all over again. It was a treat to see you react to it on your first viewing.
'Adagio' was created by Lara Fabian, whom Dimash has long admired. If I've got the story straight, Lara contacted him to compliment him after he performed this cover, and they developed a working relationship. They have performed together, and I think she supplied lyrics for Krutoy's and Dimash's 'Your Love.' Igor Krutoy also has worked with Lara, so the three of them are all connected.
In 'Te Amo Cosi,' Lara, Dimash and Aida Garifullina, a famous opera soprano, joined forces to sing a Krutoy composition. It's fabulous.
You should want to see Lara performing 'Adagio.' She's amazing, too. Dimash took several performance cues from her version - though she didn't throw herself to the floor, quite.

Dear Sabina, that was the first of 3 times he surprised the audience & the other contestants by playing an instrument. They had no idea he played any until he walked on stage and paused then went & sit down at the piano. He had so many surprises during the whole competition.

You hit it exactly right! It's a metaphor for a journey from sadness to deep anguish and pain and desperation! Dimash is so brilliant with his performances. It can only be done by emotionally feeling the song honestly. If he just coldly put in the same vocal techniques and choreographed every move, it wouldn't have the same effect and come off as overdone and fake. But when he does it, you believe him. And that's because he runs it through his heart first. Amazing!! AMAZING!!

Wow, that was another brilliant reaction Sabina, you're right Dimash gave such a powerful, emotional performance with Adagio, he truly does have the knack with his little pauses, hand gestures and the almost quiet gentle whisper voice, its like he's saying "come on, come with me" !! When he was very young he won a local contest for playing the piano and again when he was 15 he won the equivalent of young musician of the year again playing the piano, one of the many instruments he plays. Btw his suit material for that performance was dyed to the pantone colour of the Kazakh national flag !! 👌👌👌😊😊

This performance on the 6th episode of the competition has become a turning point for him. Having won both the contestants and the audiences votes on the first and second episode, the 3rd and 4th was just enough to keep him safe to continue,despite the very clear fact DIMASH was unbeatable ever since, apart from episode five that almost put him to be eliminated.The voting within the contestants has varied that Dimash never took the first place somehow amongst them again (maybe to give other participants the chance to be number one as well).With the possibility of being eliminated on this 6th episode because of the low rating the one before...he has to give his best and perform a song to redeem being one of the top three again.Adagio was unbelievable and undeniably powerful that put him number one in the audiences votes which what matters most... His rise above gone unstoppable and his history continued.

She is from the old school of neat and perfect, he is more a free and wild spirit.
She is more a vocal artist, while he is more an opreratic singer.
In sum, and for that song only, Lara Fabian gets the Encore, and Dimash gets the loud and sustained applause.
Dimash himself would agree with me, but Lara would have only laudable comments concerning his performance.

Una es la que interpreta en Singer 2017 pero aquí el estuvo enfermo tuvieron que ponerle 3 inyecciones para que vuelva la voz pero aún así lo hizo genial lo increible es que Dimash cuenta que cuando termina de cantarla la voz se le fue., y el otro es en Concierto Bastau donde hubo 40,000 espectadores full primer concierto en solitario de Dimash 2017 después de su actuación en Singer, aquí el estaba en condiciones perfectas fue espectacular. Cuando este niño tenía 6 años una cantante lo adopta y escribe y compone esta canción. Dimash conoce la historia y decide cantarla en chino en la competencia de Singer.
