    When coding for excision of lesions a lot of different information must be taken into consideration - like is the lesion benign or malignant, what was the size of the lesion, and what kind of closure was performed? Let Haugen guide you to arrive at the correct code(s) by explaining pertinent anatomy, types of lesions, and procedures to remove and repair lesions. Using coding examples, Haugen will explain why the type of closure matters and show you how to apply the correct codes when billing for lesion removal procedures.
    Objectives:
    Discern what information is needed to code for lesion removal;
    Select appropriate CPT codes based on the operative report;
    Choose correct ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes based on the operative report;
    Determine appropriate codes allowed to be billed together
    **The coding information and guidance in this video is valid at the time of publishing. Viewers are encouraged to research subsequent official guidance in the areas associated with the topic as they can change rapidly.

    Do you group the repairs for rotational flaps if the repairs are in the same anatomical site
