Blighted towers can have a ring enchantment that gives 20% action speed to temporal towers. With 2 rings you get 40% more action speed from a temporal tower.

I was gonna say, that leveling gear is for established seasons, way above pay grade. There is no way I could afford that on even my first 2 characters.
I was so confused looking at the items, like +1 corrupted 6slots and stat headhunter, and jewels, grind for 30-40 hours to pay for this lol

the tangential velocity will be about 1364 mph. Let's say the dude has 28 cm arm length. Let's say 250 lb. this guy is experiencing 160131 gs of force, which is a lot but it's still about a quintillionth of the way to being enough energy to be a black hole

Maybe in a tier 1 map you could survive enemies. Also the chilled ground was 30% before. Later on it was 26% when you got your highest speed number.
No shrine spawn on blighted maps, afaik, so thats a huge loss overall due to no echoing and acceleration

@@FlippyK That may be possible, though I dont know if Empy has the enchant slot for it. Setting it up would also be hell as in the video, they set up in spots where there are 0 enemies, while there will always be Blight mobs spawning, and you can't kill them all or the towers disappear.

As pointed out in a different comment, it was sad that you were missing a few % of chilled ground, (only 26%, not 30%).
But other then that it was amazing, and really nice just barely getting past those "Milestones", (100k%, 2k aps).

I have heard that there is hard cap of 30 attacks per second. With up to 90 with multi strike. But this videos says once you get to 30 you can get more at 60 or 90 etc. The wiki doesn't say one way or the other under attack speed. Does anyone have a quote from GGG so that the wiki can have this info? It would be useful on attack speed page and soul eater page to talk about the attack speed cap.

No. I'm really bad at that. Most of the theorycrafting for these projects are done by my friend Márkusz. He loves doing POB stuff and thinking about minmaxing.

I had a chilled ground flaks but it only affects enemies.
That makes sense, I didn't realize. It's not a common utility flask after all.

i did make one, but without a team supporting me, sadly i dont have the time or the resource. but i did make a character specificly aimed for attackspeed this season, 400 soul stacks = 2000% attackspeed, and with vortex rage, that benefit with Ragestorm Hits 250% more Frequently, it was amazing :D

This had been nerfed. You can now only do a maximum of 30 attacks/casts per second. Does not matter if you use shrines/auras or any other sort of acceleration.
For Kinetic Bolt you should stand in a corner so that all projectiles instantly explode. This will make it very flashy, I used this to annoy our party while in HO :D
I get to a high attack speed with my accuracy stacker berserker build. Its pretty fun.
