What's the biggest difference between the Rewind and the Axiom? Love my Axiom but wondering if this boat is narrower, more comparable to a Ripper?

This might answer a few of your questions: czcams.com/video/9lIY3froZh0/video.html
The boys also discussed it on the Hammer Factor: hammerfactor.com/hammer_whitewater/hammer-factor-episode-66-dagger-rewind-great-falls-race-and-meme-boofs/
Both the Rewind and the Ripper look very similar. Definitely the only way to differentiate them will be a demo at your local shop. Sorry, that's not real helpful....

Looks sick! Any chance we can see the bottom? Are the chines as hard as on the Axiom?

It definitely looks like the chine under the nose is softened..

@@pharma37 I think you're right. If you look at the other Rewind video Dagger posted today there are some shots of the hull (during stern squirts and such) and it definitely looks a lot less edgy. Kinda a shame; I really enjoy carving in the Axiom but I've yet to actually paddle the Rewind so I'm still optimistic

It looks as if the tweaks were geared more towards optimizing play performance on the 3+ - 5 range. Faster, more bow rocker, less twitchy tail, softer forward chines, and a little more volume.
My axiom 8.5 would be more fun on 2+/3, whereas I can see the Rewind being preferred on harder whitewater.

@@liamhurlburt9794 also.... in my experience.... a high amount of bow rocker doesn't work that well with sharp chines.
If you hit a curler at the wrong angle.... it has more leverage and catch to flip you.
Take that with a grain of salt though. I just pulled that out of my ass.

@@pharma37Hmmmm, interesting thought. The Waka OG and Tuna seem to mostly fit that description, but then again their rails start a bit further back, so maybe not. Food for thought though, thanks
