I can recommend to lower the Shutters in the Bank and the Jewelery to slow down the Cops and block Vision for Snipers. The Switches are found next to the Windosw

Is there a mode thats harder?
Yeah, there are 4 difficulties (at the point of writing):
Normal: Base difficulty
Hard: Basically "Normal" but with an FBI Assault (You need to destroy the Antenna on an FBI Truck or the Assault won't stop)
Very Hard: Adds a random Security Modifier (For example: Indestructible Cameras, Lead Guard, etc.), also more units I believe.
OVERKILL: Adds a second Security Modifier
Side note: Over the difficulties there will be an increase of multiple things such as
Security (Camera's and Guards),
Length of Tasks (For example: You'll need to steal more than usual before you can escape),
Amount of units spawning (includes special units),
Damage you take from Tasers and Cloakers

This game has the worst ratings on STEAM I have seen in a long time. Everyone is bashing it, saying it starts out great but then they copy the same map for every mission. It's a big cheesed up ripoff.
