Bear is my favorite :) The UI is beautiful and easy to use.
Rank wise which is best?
Element Note is the best
what about Noteful...🙄😐...really love its Layers feature....
That’s the best one
It’s one of the most popular rn even. It’s a must for this type of video
It would definitely be in a top 15 of mine. I could probably extend the list to 20 actually, and still some relevant apps would be left out actually 😅
I need a techno bro 😔
should have added prodraft it quite amazing
Oh, that's actually not an app I know very well. What's your favorite feature within it? I'd love to test it sometime 🙃
What's the difference between the subscription and one-time purchase of penbook? They have almost the identical price so there's got to be a difference
Subscription is payment for monthly or yearly whereas life time is one time subscription
@@nithinkumar007 Yes but when the yearly price is 40 bucks and the lifetime price is 49 then it doesn't ever make sense to pay the subscription unless there's a difference.
That's a fair question. There's no difference between what you unlock with sub or one-time purchase.
The subscription just allows you to pause it whenever you feel like. It's also a great way to test the full app for a month or two before deciding whether or not it's worth spending 49$ to get it. Hope this helps.
The title should be : the best Handwriting note apps, bcs it focus on writing note, not text base note app
Actually, every app presented in the video allows for seamless typed text notes. But yes, you're right in the sense that it highlights more some of the handwriting features.
Margin Note 4?
Apple note is unusable for long handwriting sessions because it overheats when you write too much.
Totally agree….impossible to use with my M2 iPad Pro which is why I looked up this video to find an alternative
Shoudl have mentioned concepts & obsidian
Can you write with Apple Pencil with obsidian?? I tried it, and it was next to useless. If you can make it work, how you doing it??
@@JezArnold you definitely cant draw in obsidian, unless maybe if there’s an existing plugin for it, but you can tap on keyboard with Apple pencil which i am sure is unnecessary. But this video is about note taking apps, not drawing apps.
@@HmmHmm-zo9il this video is done by paperlike. So id expect them to be focusing on apps that leverage the Apple Pencil
@@JezArnold I will build my expectations from title of video 🙏
@HmmHmm-zo9il thanks for your input. Obsidian, just like Notion, is an incredibly powerful tool. In this video I chose to highlight apps that allow for BOTH handwriting and typed notes. Some focus more on text, others on handwriting, but all 13 give users some flexibility into how they can input their notes.
Obsidian?
Obsidian, just like Notion, is an incredibly powerful tool. In this video I chose to highlight apps that allow for BOTH handwriting and typed notes to reflect the flexibility the iPad allows for. Some focus more on text, others on handwriting, but all 13 give users some flexibility into how they can input their notes.
I'm surprised you didn't mention INKredible... 😐
Wow, I think you're one of the first people mentionning INKredible in the comment section of our videos. To be honest, I have not tried it yet myself, but it's on a long list of apps I still want to test. What's your favorite features on it?
@@Paperlike The truth is that I used the application just a bit, because like you, I was comparing it with others to see which was better.
But my tablet broke and I couldn't use it anymore (obviously...). I haven't been able to buy another tablet yet, I hope to order it soon and try INKcredible again.☺️👍
Make video for Android as well
I use procreate 😂
Where is Obsidian?
Obsidian, just like Notion are great tools obviously. The reason both were left out it is because, I focused on apps that allow for both handwriting and typed text. Some are more oriented to one or the other, but all 13 allow for some flexibility into how users can input their notes.
@@Paperlikedid you try the plugins?
