This sounds a lot like something McCree would actually say, it would be awesome to have voicelines for killing people after a de-buff
That's a lot of detail though. Having the voiceline activate only after you kill someone who's playing Sombra AND who just hacked you is a lot. It's probably possible, but it's really hard.

As a voice actor for 3 games, I can confirm this feeling. I played one of my own games on stream, and I just had this bewildered look on my face the entire time. Playing stuff with your voice does get weird, indeed.

Bart De Bock with a well made sound board you can, but they probably would only have lines from the game. Even if they ripped the words apart and tried to make new words with them, it would sound so in-natural. So, it's possible, but not with what we have in the game...

It was pretty hard to place but maybe British so my mom was like "I could listen to him talk all day 😏" so I said "okay first of all, Mom he's at most 20 you're old enough to be HIS mom. Second of all, his voice is nasally and it really doesn't sound THAT good" and my dad agreed with me. Like Mom if you want someone that you can literally listen to all day, Matt mercer.
