I do not have the steamer tool , the rest I have and could do , I am considering this , it looks really tasty with all those spices and the work put in to tenderise and then fry . Do you ever make it with a really thick crust / skin or just the single dredge?
I also don't have a steamer tool. But 1 steel strainer on top of a milk boiling pot will do the almost same trick. I use it to make steamed chicken and veggies.
