I’ve been struggling mentally and beating myself a lot about not taking more advantage of the time I have at home everyday and this video definitely made me feel better/reminded me I’m not alone and can definitely do better if I tried❤️

Ashley, you are simply an inspiration. Being open about your depression and still making an effort, it tells me that it is okay to be human as long as I try again later.
Depression has been hard on me for too long, and I watch your videos as an aesthetic experience. Now I have more motivation to fight harder than before, because I always knew that it was okay to be human as long as I get back up, but seeing you do it makes me believe I am not crazy.

Hi Ashley! 2021 is going to be a restart for all of us! Just like you last year made me realize that I need to simplify my life. I got lots of stuff I don't need or want. I like that your videos aren't too long or too short ... just the right amount of time. I've been working from home since last March ... I've experienced episodes of slight depression where I had to push myself out of that frame of mind. I like your plan on how you'll be starting your day each morning. I use to get up at 5 am when I had to go into work but find myself delaying getting out of bed. I am going to incorporate some of your steps into my daily routine. BTW, you have beautiful skin.

I feel the same way!! Over my winter break, I’ve literally been sleeping in and when I get up to do stuff the day like flies by!! But since I’ve started back on Monday, I’m waking up earlier and I get so much done. It’s just so much work to get out of bed when you’re all cozy 😭

This is the video I need it, I was trying to go minimalist then with the pandemic went back to consumption, now “simplify” was the word I needed to hear.
