Woman here. It's about time men started taking care of themselves. If you want a woman who invests into her appearance, you need to do the same thing. Not even for female validation, just for your own confidence and self care. Men can really gain a lot from taking care of their skin, hair and bodies. I along with the fam emigrated to the US in my youth, and my parents had no concept of why braces were a worthwhile investment. If your parents can't afford to buy you braces or Invisalign work to pay for it yourself. Fasting also helps with testosterone and focus while studying.
Very true work on being independent at a young age, it'll help you with a lot of things other than just looksmaxing

Nah it was probably à mistake. Do not shampoo every day. Only once a week. You'll damage your hair if you shampoo daily
