Hey, can i ask . in your 2800 jumps , how may malfunctions did you experience ? I went on a tandem once and it was absolutely fine. I am just unsure whether to start AFF. any tips ? Nice channel btw!
@tomr1771 we are told the statistics say the main will have a malfunction once per 1,000 jumps. Doesn't necessarily mean it will result in a cutaway & reserve ride, but simply a problem. I have had 2 cutaways in 2,800. 1st at 1,724 & another a few hundred jumps later. Both were on competition-level wings & during a swoop competitions. Both were on hop & pops so they were sub-terminal. One was random & the other can be attributed to me. You can find them on the Playlist 'Cutaways'. Thank you! I hope it helps. Go for AFF!
