Is it true that you have to eat a special diet to reach higher levels of learning and understanding and if so may I request a video on the proper diet?
If you're Jewish, eat kosher. If not, try eating vegan mostly organic and raw. There is a lot more to it than that, and a lot of reasoning behind it. Perhaps I shall make a video about it!
Gigi, why would YOU ask that question?
The proper diet is that one that gives us health, doesn't
intefere with our rise in consciousness & doesn't betray our 'mission'
If you figure that out, you'll learn to figure a lot other things
Your mindset is limiting. Good luck on your Path! :)
How do I get a copy of this book
There are translations into english, but I haven't seen any that are accurate that I recommend. Learning this book properly requires knowledge of aramaic and hebrew and learning from a real kabbalist rabbi to understand it properly.
The creator is unknown creation is unknown...therefor we don't know we don't know
Shalom. Do you still eat a mostly vegan diet?
Shalom! During the week I am mostly raw vegan. Shabbat and holidays I'm not so strict. I have learned in the kabbalah why we started eating all these other types of foods, it's a long talk but basically elevating certain sparks in them and souls that are reincarnated in them as punishment, allowing them to come back as humans and finish their tikun (fixing). The great masters said this is only done by Jews keeping Torah properly on Shabbat and holidays, and Jewish Kabbalists with the right intentions during the week too. Basically, almost everyone in the world should be vegan except for this very small group of people. And in the end, once everything is fixed and complete, everyone will be vegan, and eventually never need to eat again...
Many of the great kabbalists that new this would eat only vegetarian except for Shabbat, holidays, and sudat mitzvot (weddings, brit milas, etc.) Many wouldn't eat almost anything normally during the week, some wouldn't eat or drink anything expect for those times. Rebbe Nachman, for a long time, only ate and drank on Shabbat and holidays. This is a 6 day dry fast each week. It says in the book Sichat Haran that he knew secret wisdom to live on no food or water forever, but man isn't ready for it yet.
I would be really nice to have a conversation and ask you questions. I am early in my Teshuva and am trying to read torah and keep shabbat but my environment makes it difficult for me.
@@bencafri1229 I posted this before, not sure if it worked, you can email me at jpayzon22@gmail.com
Great video. I’m messianic and most of my friends are non practicing Jews. You should definitely make a video for the average people who are Pre-schoolers in their level of understanding.
