ShartimusPrime Biography:
Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

Mcfarlanes old movie figures kind of sucked and I can say that as a mainly mcfarlane collector but these are all amazing I think, they have more life than previous ones.
From the promotional pictures it looks like Fate's suit is a dark blue, but I wouldn't be surprised if it came out as black in the movie itself.
I can't believe the Black Adams and Dr. Fate have hieroglyphic inscriptions engraved in their suits! These figures are insane!😀
Love these, for the details, unique sculpts, size, and price, I can over look some of their deficiencies like articulation and accessories.
Shartimus, make sure the Dr. Fate belly is turned the right way forward. a lot have been assembled backwards

Black Adam without the cloak is 10 times better than with the cloak. Just pose-ability alone stands out with this one. And then you have the paint applications that match perfectly with the character. Not to mention the amount of detail and how he really looks like The rock which brings the figure to life.
The wings on hawkman seem a standard reuse rather than the specific movie one,also BA never uses yellow lightning in the movie,cyclone has striped pants
i hope they mention ray palmer or the atom in someway if im correct him and atom smasher are connected

Did you get Sabbac? I saw this entire line along with him including the mega figures of Atom Smasher & Sabbac. They all actually look nice.

I have all 6 of theses as well it's a very nice set and I watched the movie last night and I loved it.
Cool review. I don’t care at all for McFarlane figures, but that’s just me. If the movie is even watchable, that would be a step in the right direction for DC.
Good news! It is very watchable. All you need to do is lower your expectations and go in open minded. You’ll have a much better watching experience regardless of movie quality.

Aw man, the one comparison I wanted to see is how the Black Adam figures looked with the Henry Cavill Superman. Oh well, this video convinced me to get them anyway

I'm not expecting a lot from the Black Adam movie. Hopefully, I'm pleasantly surprised. I think I'm going to skip all these figures. Movie figures are just second class figures to me, with the exception of the Pattinson Batman. To me, the screen just can't compete with the comic panel when it comes to figures.

With the 3 price hikes and the switch to all cardboard packaging I'm not collecting marvel legends anymore after 20 years of collecting and for 19.99 with new sculpts with allmost all the figures way more sculpting and not as many qc issues and the cheaper price

Even though the movie Doctor Fate has no eyes like the comic version, At least he is cool while the likeness of Dwayne Johnson is awesome as Black Adam, Atom Smasher looks fantastic and so will the deluxe version, Cyclone looks beautiful, and Hawkman looks great, Amazing on these DC Multiverse figures Shartimus.
I just picked up the hood-less version of BA and will make my own hood and cloak for it so I don't have to buy both. 2 birds 1 stone.
Even better! See there was no need to ruin a perfect head sculpt, and maybe mcfarlanes best movie figure yet.

I just can’t get into McFarlane action figures the articulation sucks the body proportions to Wide hips, I just can’t do itBut that’s my opinion those that collects I hope you’re happy
Because I get figurines I find it easier to get into most lines regardless of articulation. Paint detail is more of ain issue with those cheap action figures tho
Black Adam doesn’t have accurate lightning color though the face is a fantastic base sculpt. The skin tone is much too yellow though. I made a custom figure that took me more than 10 hours posted on my page if anybody wants to see. It’s a post, not a video so should be in community.

@@vintageoriginallegit Just something that'd scale well with Legends, SH & Mafex better. I loved the DC Multiverse line when Mattel made it, but the MacFarlane ones just look weird in my collection.

The Adam with the cape and hoodie look the best, Without it just doesn't look right and so as in the movie, I think it was a Rock ego decision to minimally wear it.
The reason why I bought the Mcfarlane Black Adam is because Dwayne Johnson is the cast.. He's a great actor cause he's soo humble and generous...
