I love this resort I brought my family for Christmas a few years ago 2017. It was beautiful especially the ice exhibit. I would come again.

The location for the hotel does seem a little remote, so I can see how people would bypass it. That revolving door IS so cool! Now that I know about this hotel, I would definitely consider staying here with the family, considering the price!

You really did a fantastic job on this one. Bob and I took a curiosity trip there one day, that atrium was amazing. Your balcony view was incredible. Haha, nice relaxed jacuzzi!

Thank you for the preview. I will be traveling there next month for a 3-day convention. Not sure if I'll be able to explore the entire grounds of the hotel at that time, but I will give it a go. The fact that many of its restaurants require advance reservations is an inconvenience, especially with us on a tight business schedule, with no opportunity for impromptu meals. But we'll try to sample one of the restaurants on the property should the opportunity becomes available...
You're welcome, and thank you for watching! Definitely try to eat at some of the restaurants; more than likely, they require reservations because many of the hotel guests will eat there for the convenience, and the tables fill up quickly. I hope you enjoy your stay!

What’s interesting is that this hotel is cheaper than some of Disney’s Value (“cheapest”) Resorts! $189 a night is a pretty good price for what you get here!

This hotel was a complete surprise for me, Kay. It really is beautiful, and it IS affordable! The pricing, believe it or not, is better than the current room rate for a Disney Value Resort!

A really beautiful hotel, but the one time I stayed there, which was about 3 years ago, my room had a line of ants marching from the wall to the desk and dresser. I didn't notice it until the next morning when I was eating my breakfast on the desk.
Yikes! That would definitely lower my opinion of the hotel when I stayed there! The hotel is so large, that it wouldn’t surprise me… It must be very costly for pest control maintenance as well as other things in the building that require a lot of upkeep. Thanks for watching and commenting!

I believe that each person in your room will be able to get a band for the pool. The only exception would be if you have children that are not tall enough for the slides. Hope y’all have a great time!

Is the Relache Spa included with the resort free? I mean, is it complimentary or is it an add on that you have pay extra for or is it included?
Unfortunately, the Relache Spa does require additional fees, based on whatever treatments you schedule. However, usage of the Relache Fitness Center is complimentary and available for all guests.
So is the relache fitness center connected to the relache spa area? And is use of the sauna and steam room after a workout complimentary without the treatments?
The fitness center is actually in a separate part of the hotel from the spa. I’m not sure about the steam room and sauna…you may have to ask a spa worker about that.

Does breakfast come included? Is this resort near the beach
Unfortunately, there is no breakfast included with your visit. However, you have plenty of breakfast options from full service to just getting a quick bowl of cereal and milk at the general store.
This hotel is located near Walt Disney World in the heart of Central Florida, so you would have to drive about an hour to get the nearest beach, which is Cocoa Beach.

Would it be dumb to go on a vacation here from the Midwest and not stay at a Disney property if you're brining small children?
Actually, it depends on how many children you have. 2 adults and 2 children can easily fit in one of the rooms. If you have more than 2 children, you may need to get to connecting rooms, if available. Other than that, the accommodations are awesome for families with the hotel’s own waterpark and other amenities! With the hotel‘s own shuttle to all major theme parks in Orlando, you wouldn’t have to worry about parking in Disney. It’s not a dumb idea at all!
@@RoadtripDave I've just read that if you go to Walt Disney World it's best to stay at a Disney owned property.
If you are looking for a vacation at WDW with all of the perks, a Disney resort is your best bet. However, the price of a Disney hotel has become very expensive… Gaylord is a very nice, almost luxurious resort at a much better price. If this is your first visit to Walt Disney World, then you may want to stay on Disney property...just keep in mind that you will pay significantly more. 😎🤙
