Especially when I saw Charlie looking at himself in the mirror and the shot of him holding his had, his nerves coming through, scared of how Nick would react if he told him he loved him. My heart just melted like chocolate in heat. I love this show so much.
Netflix knows how to keep us interested you say, then suddenly Kit Connor as Nick is standing in the doorway with all his muscles hanging out... it really is perfectly realized from the source material LOL! The pressure of the words "I love you" and the inevitability of physical intimacy and how to handle it in Charlie's self image situation/eating disorder and where they both obviously are into each other. I think they encapsulated this whole part of the story incredibly well in such a short amount of time not to mention the internet probably just broke because of Kit Connor's shoulders.
I love how when Billie sings” I’ll love you till the day that i die” the little I love you animations comes on to the screen and they both look so happy. Also when Charlie is talking to himself in the mirror the glob on his dresser is lit up like nick is his whole world just like when nick saw Charlie in episode eight in his prom outfit it’s just those little details that makes this show so special!!!!😭😭🤭😂🫶❤️

Jackie!!! I was also on day 1 at my new job when it dropped! In the bathroom at work and it was the first thing I saw when I opened my phone and I'm not sure how long it took for me to actively try to calm tf down while silently screaming so I could go back out and act normal. Was definitely buzzing the rest of my shift. It was a good first day. 😂

Perhaps someone can send you some video of the production as they did for Joe’s Tobias on Broadway. I will not be able to see R&J bc of mobility issues. However, i have enormous respect for your opinions and critiques. Somments from you re: the R&j teaser would also be wecome. Kit and Rachel seem sparkling.

You'd think if anything it would be the other way around!? Unless it's only the US edition of the book that uses "tank top"? But I haven't seen anyone post an image of a "vest" version.

Given the big storyline coming up I worry a little how the pacing will work and if there will be big jumps in time or narrative to fit everything in.
