కానీ 2014 నుంచి 19 లో టీడీపీ ప్రభుత్వం ఏం చేస్తుందో ?ఒకసారి చరిత్ర చూస్తే సరిపోతుంది.
చెత్త విషయంలో టిడిపి ప్రభుత్వం జీరో బడ్జెట్ ని అనుసరించింది. దానికోసం ఈ గ్రామాల్లో చెత్త సేకరించి వాటికి జీరో బడ్జెట్ కి అవసరమైన పోషక పదార్థాలను డ్వాక్రా మహిళల ద్వారా తయారు చేయటానికి, ఆ చెత్తను వినియోగించిందని , ఈ cherukupalli లాంటి చోట ఆ పథకం మొదలెట్టారు తర్వాత ప్రభుత్వం మారటంతో ఆఆ పథకం నిర్వీర్యమైంది,
ఊరి చివర పోరంబోకులో పశువులకు కూడా పశుగ్రాస పండించి pampini చేశారని టిడిపి ప్రభుత్వం ఉన్నప్పుడు గమనించాలి.
అంతేకాదు గోకులంలో కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ పథకాన్ని ఉపయోగించుకొని పశువుల షెడ్లు నిర్మించడానికి గరిష్టంగా ఉపయోగించుకున్నారు .
దానికి ఆంధ్రాలో బోటి ప్రసాద్ హరీష్ రావు తెలంగాణలో నియోజకవర్గ నెంబర్ వన్ వచ్చిందని కూడా పవన్ గారు గమనించాలి.
పవన్ గారు గమనించాలి దానిని ప్రాజెక్ట్ వర్క్ గా చేశారు . ప్రభుత్వం మారింది.
అందువల్ల ఆ పథకం నిర్వీయం అయింది అని గమనించాలి.
అంతేకాదు సిటీస్ లో కూడా టిడిపి ప్రభుత్వం ఉన్నప్పుడు ఓన్లీ చెత్త నుంచి విద్యుత్ తయారు చేసే లాగా ఒక ఒప్పందం అనేకం చేసుకున్నారు. ఆ ఒపందం ప్రకారం చెత్తను సేకరించిన వాళ్ళు కి స్థలాల కేటాయిస్తే చాలు .
వాళ్ళు చెత్తని సేకరించి విద్యుత్ తయారు చేసుకుని అమ్ముకుంటారు అన్నమాట.
మరి ఒకసారి టిడిపి ప్రభుత్వంలో ఏం జరిగిందో పరిశీలించి.
అప్పుడు ఆ తర్వాత ఇతర రాష్ట్రాల వైపు ప్రపంచ స్థాయికి వెళ్తే పవన్ గారికి ఎక్కువగా లాభం ఉంటుంది

But people have a major role to play in terms of waste management...in not dumping household/commercial waste, construction waste, plastic, liquor bottle etc into drainages and other water bodies. Segregation at source, proper collection mechanism, further segregation at yard and sale...organic/kitchen waste should be converted to compost and sold.

The Britishers who constructed Kurnool Town Kadapa water canal from sunkesula dam which passes 150KM has been turned to dust bin since 1980. No minister of kurnool has taken no action. Britishers constructed bridges but Indians destructing ,even not able to cement the cracks. It is very shameful to the governments who are silent on the bad state of the canal
. No news paper or channel of kurnool raise voice on this.

2. అన్ని సిమెంట్ తయారీ కంపెనీలు ప్రత్యామ్నాయ ఇంధనంగా రీసైకిల్ చేసిన ఘన మునిసిపల్ వ్యర్థాల కొరతతో నష్టపోతాయి మరియు అవి ESG క్రెడిట్‌లను కోల్పోతాయి.
3. దావోస్‌ను సందర్శించే పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలు 2030 నాటికి కార్బన్ పాదముద్రను తగ్గించడానికి తమ నిబద్ధతని ఇప్పటికే ఇచ్చారు. TDP మరియు JSP ల నిర్ణయం కారణంగా ఉత్పాదక పరిశ్రమలు కార్బన్ పాదముద్రను తగ్గించాలనే తమ నిబద్ధతను నెరవేర్చడంలో విఫలమవుతాయి అప్పుడు అంతర్జాతీయ స్థాయిలో అవి విశ్వసనీయతను కోల్పోతాయి.
