  • Sony A7R3 4K Video with 24-70mm Color Grade. The image typically doesn't have noise, but I might have gone overboard with the Film Grain. Was trying to go for gritty and dirty..

No it was in a Cine profile. I think PP10?

PP10 is HLG2 gamma + rec.2020 curve. When not graded, it is shifted to green a bit. You should use rec.2020 to rec.709 lut

So contrast like this is achieved through grading, and not so much the ISO, or aperture? Everything seemed flat and even in the raw footage.

Yes. Shooting flat helps to get both the brightest and darkest parts of the image, and then you can adjust the color and contrast during your editing.

MrCheesyCam Very nice. Did yo u manually grade this, or is there templates you can use? As well, what do you use, and or recommend for editing, grading etc?

I did myself, but you can often start by using some templates. There are many free LUTS out there that can be added through Premiere or FCPX. If you want to play with color grading another fun free software is davinci resolve.
