Brada can you vote in Samoa as a foreigner? Did you vote HRPP blue or did you vote red for the FAST party? Are things better now under the female prime minister or were things better under Tuilaepa?
Can't vote bredrin. Remember there was a split in the HRPP so it's the same people running the country. They are still following the development plans.
What kind of residency do you need in Samoa to be able to set up a business? Or is it that your investment as a business owner/operator already guarantees your residency?
