I realized that the secret to making a million is making better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Car or that vacation just yet and that mindset helps me make more money invest:ng. For example last year I invested 70k in blue chip stocks and crypt0 s (with the help of my advisor of course) and made about 380k, but guess what? Malaysian don’t like living in the busy city of KL. We love our big landed properties. Unless you are in New York then an apartment is to die for, because of the aura it brings.
I'm sorry but I'd beg to differ. If we're talking about most of the Malaysian, then yes. However, as someone that was born and lived almost my entire life in KL, there's something about the messiness, craziness, loudness or even "depressing" aspect of this city that you can't find anywhere else in the country. I've experienced living in the countryside once and yes it was more peaceful, quiet and I really love the general vibe of it, but it just doesn't have something that makes me feel as peaceful like home as compared to KL. Something just feels missing. Maybe it was just because I was born here and already used with the environment here. I understand that most people don't like living in a busy city like KL, but KL definitely gives the same vibe as New York. Try to explore KL more at night or preferably after midnight, or 1am, maybe drive around for awhile and you might understand how "beautiful" this city actually is.

This is what so call serviced condominium or service apartment. Majority 90% property use term serviced apartment just because build on commercial land. Should have use other term rather than "serviced" ? Security, maintenance team those are part of the necessity of a home.

What I feel not worth at all the gated compound in most of the luxury home and this kind of luxury place is the maintenance fees. It’s so ridiculous pricey. The property price is fine due to the land valuation but maintenance fees sucks.
