Doc, papaano kung compression kind of faucet? You tighten and untighten these handles manually by rotating them to let water flow out of the faucet. Untightening the faucet handle starts the water, and tightening it again stops the water. Using these handles probably feels a lot like turning a screw-because it basically is! Wla po s may sakit o wala yan. Ang blue side po nag aabsorb ng moisture ang white naman repels water. Para hindi mhawahan ng virus importanteng hindi moist o basa ang paligid ng bibig at ilong natin. Kapag kasi blue side nasa loob maiipon lang moisture galing bibig at ilong natin s mask. Ang tendency nun ay mabasa ang mukha natin. Kya dapat ang white side nsa loob at blue side s labas.

US masks their filter is thicker on the white side..so blue is inside. Ung nandito sa Pinas depende sa gumawa. Suggested should be whichever side that have the thicker filter then thats the outside.

Face mask is just a part of your protection. Specially kung surgical mask since may entry points padin ung mga hangin sa labas. As they said need padin ng proper hygiene. Halimbawa nag bayad ung Chinese ung pera e may virus na tun then hinawakan nung driver tapos ung kamay nya dumapo din sa face nya especially sa nose mouth or eyes still mahahawaan talaga sya.

Hindi po advisable sa lahat na maglagay ka ng tissue sa surgical mask kasi magkakaubo ka po dahil sa dust ng tissue. Try nyo po kung di kayo maniwala🙂

Not everybody can wear N95 mask doc. Even Heatlh Care Workers cannot just pull up an N95 and use it kasi the N95 mask must pass the seal test and the N95 fit test . This is to know the correct size for you when it pass the fit test. When using N95 mask failing the fit test you are more susceptible to acquiring the infection.
