Bucket List Trip Episode 20; Coming Home and a Joyful Reunion with my dog Athena

This is the final stage of my 126 day voyage around the United States to visit 14 national parks that I haven’t visited, in addition to 5 that I’ve previously visited. In Episode 1 I left my dog at home with my son, and 20 episodes (and 4+months) later I’m reunited with my dog who clearly didn’t forget me! I make stops at Theodore Roosevelt National Park and Pompey's Pillar before arriving home in Washington state!

Oh Athena! Welcome home. What a beautiful reunion. I'm going to miss these trip videos, Greg! I tell Dave about them every week :) He is already planning Big Bend for next March, woot!

Grew up in the South Sound.. and as you said "welcome to Washington" for some reason I thought of the "50 nifty united states" where we would sing "Washington my homeeee where ever I should roam....." Great trip! Loved following you along!
