Great review i love Cathay lounges with their noodle bar so good, ive actually never heard of that champagne but just googled it and it rates quite well
@@davedotravel A few years ago i flew American Airlines first class B777 between London and Dallas i was blown away they served a vintage Bollinger which was very good, but my all time fav is the Tattinger Comtes de champagne blanc de blancs just a beautiful drink

You're right!! They just recently changed to this Champagne, they used to serve a Vintage Piper-Heidsieck :D
