Installing a vent, Finishing the tiling BUT is the shower head high enough? - German Farmhouse Reno

In this episode we install the extraction fan ventilator and finish the tiling! We move on a little more with the windows but the biggest problem is that the shower isn't high enough. Can we find a solution?
