I don't really understand why Noah never gets muscle milk, it's REALLY a clutch perk, it literally activates a dead wire if you just knife a zombie, it can get you out of so much sticky situations, it's basically a better electric cherry since electric cherry does really weak damage that doesn't kill most of the time
If noah got every perk, yeah he would waste money but it might save him in the long run. Any and all perks help
