Sprayed it in store and could still smell it when I got home and perfumes hardly ever last on me. Absolutely love it! Warm, slightly boozy and cosy. Perfect for autumn. Also I’m not sure if Emma has cut her hair. There’s a video of the making of the advert for the perfume (which she directed) and it looks like there was just one shot where they made her hair short. After she’d finished shooting it her hair was longer again.

I love it - sweet orange blossom warm amber vanilla. Very good projection and longevity for me. Donna Born in Roma disappears from my skin in minutes - this one stays out! A win!
Soki, Emma didn't cut her hair, it's just one of the wigs she wears in this ad campaign! I watched her directorial debut with this ad and if you watch the video ad, you'll see how MANY different looks she uses to explain how she is a paradox! Just wanted to let you know! ♥️

Quick side note Emma Watson also started in and directed the advert for this perfume. this was Emma's idea and personally i think it is a fantastic directorial debut.

Based on the advertisements, I would have envisioned this to be an every day perfume. Nothing too girly or sweet or heavy. The ad basically says it is a perfect match to whatever mood you’re in that day and whatever activities you’re into. I would have imagined it to be a fresh floral with some cedar and sea salt type smell in. (Like Fossil 1954, which is my go-to every day scent. I believe it’s been disco’d though.)

The bottle is adorable. Smells like a Valentino perfume or My way by Armani. It’s strong, lasted for days on the test strip. Not my favorite, was hoping for something more deeper for a new release from Prada.

I tried this perfume todat i absolutely love. I still have it on my wrist for about 10 hrs now. Its spring here in New Zealand and think its perfect specially the tops notes were citrus.

I love it, but so far I haven 't convinced myself it's different enough from Voce Viva or Born In Roma, which I both own.

I tested this at Boots yesterday in covent garden. I thought it smelt good, didn't seem very long lasting or intense. Doesn't seem anything extraordinary. However it doesn't smell too light so I would say its nice for end of summer start of autumn. I prefer more heavy scents and longer lasting ones for autumn 🍂. I Probably give this 6/10. It definitely has some depth. Suppose its all subjective with perfumes. I don't see it doing too great light YSL libre, however it definitely shouldn't be a flop.

I tried this on in Sephora yesterday and I must say I was intrigued..This is gorgeous! It makes me think of a light Alien for summer and spring..I sprayed this on my arm in Sephora and it has alot of oil so I rubbed the oil in and then went to Hollister to get my son some clothes and as you know Hollister has that smell when you walk in the door..I walked past the register to the back of the store, found what we needed and went to pay for the clothing and the girl at the register said OMG! IT'S YOU THAT SMELLS SO GOOD..She said she was trying to find out where the smell was coming from as I walked by..I came home, took a shower and could still smell it..
THIS IS BEAUTIFUL AND THE DRY DOWN IS SO PRETTY!

It reminds me of Armani My Way…I went through that bottle so fast lol…went back to smell it again and it is slightly different…Jasmine is my favorite scent…I love the bottle…def going to invest in a large bottle of this ❤️❤️
It reminds me as well as far as longevity My Way lasts longer and is a bit more stronger to me. I like them both because I feel it’s different. I just think longevity wise My Way takes the cake. Have you tried Jimmy Choo I want Choo forever? That’s the ish boo ❤

I tried this at Macys the other day and it smelled identical to Valentino coral fantasy. I do love that scent though.
This perfume is so beautiful!!!!! On the dry down on me, it reminds me of Theirry Muffler Alien, which is my signature scent!!!

So I was in superdrug and sprayed this on a card...all I got was Armani my way which I'm not the biggest fan of so I put the card in my pocket. Three days have passed and I smelled the card and WOW. Firstly this scent lasts and it projects but the dry down is what made me buy it. I think the bourbon vanilla is why this reminds people of Valentino born in Roma (which I also own) but the pink pepper in Roma can make it spicy and it's also woody, almost a little sharp too. Armani My way Is more fresh...this is not as fresh, it's warm but pretty and feminine. I also own Volce viva intense, that one is more classic if that makes sense this feels more modern. Out of all the comparisons Prada might edge it's blended so well, I'm in love. The dry down is truly beautiful... I'm 32 but I see all ages wearing this, it's a people pleaser for sure

I love this fragrance… even tho it’s nothing “special” it’s something about it that’s addictive to me. It kinda reminds me of a little sister to Sanfanad from PDM, a less mature version if you will lol

I really liked this perfume when I got a sample in Vogue. I bought it on a whim today and I don’t regret it. I do think it’s a bit of a generic white floral scent though. Btw guys I think this perfume pairs well with Britney Spears’ Fantasy

This fragrance reminds me of Valentino Voce Viva too. I like it 😊 but don’t think you need both.
It doesn’t smell like Armani ‘My Way’, does it? I cant stand that perfume but im seeing a lot of comments saying Paradoxe reminds them of it. I love Voce Viva, if it’s anything like that I will definitely be buying it
@@zara14 I own Volce viva, born in Roma and paradoxe. I have smelt Armani my way and didn't like it either...the opening for paradoxe is similar to my way, but it goes away and the dry down takes a life of its own. It's very warm as opposed to the fresh florals/turberose in my way. Voce viva is more classic compared to paradoxe...viva is more ambery is that makes sense. Paradoxe is like the perfect balance of all the perfumes I mentioned...the bourbon vanilla and jasmine takes centre stage with neroli chilling in the background. It's beautiful!

I blind buyed it and it was love at first smell, its the best white floral i ever smelled! The long lasting is 10/10 i last all day! I'm proud to have this in my collection. I am wearing a sample of the new Jadore D’eau now. I’m waiting for it to dry down but at first smell it is light and clean floral. I think of shampoo immediately and unfortunately I am not a fan of shampoo scent all day long. It is nice, however. I am curious why they are releasing this scent in the fall in the U.S. vs. spring/summer? It can only be because of the holiday sales. It does not speak Fall/Winter to me.

I tried it at Ulta and it reminded me of My Way.
I bought it at sephora. Sadly is not very lasting, I don’t know what happened because in the store they told me that it was very long lasting perfume, but is not. 😢
I sprayed this on a tester strip at beginning of the month instore. I can still smell it on the strip now about 19 days later. It seems to last a good old while on the strip but not tried it on skin . . Yet lol.

I bought the travel spray at Sephora on impulse and had buyer's remorse pretty quickly. Luckily I didn't get the big bottle! The advertised notes are misleading. LIke Soki said It smells like so many other perfumes to me, mostly My Way but with vanilla to my nose. I don't enjoy vanilla. Hoping it will grow on me...
Update. It grew on me and I’ve been wearing it all week. 😂
I love the scent powdery Vanilla, Jasmine musky sugary lasting good smell not irritating scent smell sexy and sophisticated.
Very similar to Valentino voce via intense which is my signature scent- if you like Valentino you will like this one

Hmm yes I think so if you spray maybe one or two sprays. Boss Le parfum would be great for an autumnal autum work scent

It' s a tender parfum whereas I prefer the strongest ones, but, it's good for lasting. I would wear in an office, so I did not considered as sexy.
Another amber/vanilla scent.. .I was hoping for something a bit different and more interesting from a new Prada release.
But at least performance seems to be good. Will definitely try it.

I absolutely love the bottle, the marketing, the commercial, the idea behind the fragrance, emma watson and everything. I could not get my nose to it yet. But i am afraid i wont like it. Because i hate alien, good fortune was not my taste and also my way was to generic bubblegummy to me🥺 lookin forward to try it though
I dislike Alien and agree that Good Fortune is nothing special at all. I don’t see any correlation between the smell of those and this one, which is absolutely gorgeous! Give it a sample, you won’t be disappointed! 😊

I used to wear a perfume called Paradox (no letter “e” at the end) way back in the 80’s but can’t for the life of me remember the brand (defo wasn’t Prada 😂)
