Unfortunately from what I've read about this case, it seems the jury members were too simple minded to truly understand the elements of the crimes they were ruling on, which is fairly common in jury trials. Obviously they allowed a guilty man to go free. How do you not convict this man if you have any common sense? I don't understand this jury! I mean damn, Flint had the victim's blood on the tips of his boots, and he admitted they had been in an altercation. It's obviously a drunken brawl between friends that ended tragically. It's my opinion that Flint was so wasted he doesn't even remember the fight, but that's no excuse for beating and kicking a man to death. What a failure of justice this jury was!

Yes on Netflix 'Badlands' some jurors were stating they regretted agreeing to the not guilty vote. Flint's lawyer said he chose juries tacitly for an alpha who thought like himself & the rest as omega's women who he felt would just meekly follow the alpha. System sucks. I suppose both sides have to agree on jurors but none wanted to be there & what quicker way out than a cut & dry nor guilty. No waiting around for sentencing & appeals with a not guilty verdict. :-(

Damn talk about a total miscarriage of justice...The prosecution needs to file for a mistrial on the grounds of Jury tampering/ Juror bullying.. Petition the Sierra Blanca Judge immediately. Justice for Glen Felt..

I always felt that that juror approached Tony’s family, who had money, and said he would get them a not guilty verdict if they paid him and he pulled it off!

it is a hour long show they have streched out over hours buy repeating and repeating the facts we already know, i will say one thing tony,s lawyer is as slimy as they come, he says the wounds came from the bartender running glen over, but how does he know tony did not run him over, and the dusty driveway showed clearly what happened.

I really believe the cook accidently ran him over when she pulled in. Then when she was backing up she was dragging him. She didn't mean to but she is to afraid to say she did!!!

+Connie Braley I've thought that myself, but there would have been obvious, parallel tire tracks in the soil running in accordance with the drag marks of the body to show a vehicle caused this. Apparently there wasn't. The jury reportedly never even considered this theory.

I agree. The supposed tyre mark was shown to be a boot print

No, you would need to punch up my murder with a compelling reason to tune into an hour long show about it. The news constantly shows "and a man was killed today..." with nothing impelling you to know more dictating an hour long broadcast about it.
