  • Dive deeper into tissue samples with high resolution, high-plex spatial phenotyping.
The phenotype and function of cells depends on their location and the company they keep. However, common cell analysis procedures are not suited for studying individual cells in their native environment. ChipCytometry achieves this at the single-cell level for tissue sections and cell suspensions.
The ChipCytometry image analysis workflow consists of five steps.
    1. Automated image acquisition: Automated HDR imaging captures dim and bright cells
    2. Image composite generation: HDR fluorescent images are aligned and overlayed
    3. Fluorescence quantitation: AI software quantifies single-cell fluorescence
    4. Phenotype characterization: Each cell phenotype is characterized individually
    5. Quantification of cell populations: Flow cytometry-like gating defines cell phenotypes
