Very cool models. I used to follow model warships at the Steel Navy, but I don't know if it exists anymore. One of the coolest things I saw there was a 1/125 scale RC model of the Nimitz.
I think Ron needs to replace the battery in the smoke alarm.

Good lord, I really need to go there someday! Dropped a pin on google maps. It has more ships on display than the national maritime museum in Greenwich!
Are all those customer's kits or built by others?
some are prototype kits, some are new releases. A few of the boats have been made for Deans Marine by modellers but i think most are built in house by the kit developers and manufacturer (deans marine), as they go to shows and other displays across the uk and europe

great models but I had a very bad experience with them, will never ever use them again
The kits used to come in printed sheets and people had a hard time following the instructions regarding which lines to cut etc but I think now the kits are all laser cut, and before the kits go out for general release a sample batch are made to amend any faults. Im sure Ron Dean will be happy to address any issues you had.
@@rcmodelwarships6893 the problem was with Mr Dean and not his products. I ordered a hull, paid for it over the telephone and when I checked my bank found he had put his price up and taken more than we agreed. Rang him and got no satisfaction, spoke to an underling and ron would not come to the phone, (I could hear him in the background) easiest thing in the world is to loose a customer hardest thing is to get one back and without customers you have not got a business. The whole thing has put me off model boat building. The hull lies under a bench in the workshop. I have gone over to model engineering now.
