I always think of a girl who was 19 years at the time (I was 22), that I met at a job interview. My boyfriend at the time was waiting outside for me to pick me up, and she said she had to wait for her mum to pick her up after the interview and I offered her a lift cause she would be going in the same direction as us. She told me that it was okay because her mum was going to take her to see her boyfriend afterwards.. who was currently in jail ☠️ I hope she realised her worth.
Dang....took my BFF visiting her jailbird the same time his "offical" girl was visiting. The jail guards were boss and let both of them see him at once....he eventually died In a shootout with police and that was the end of that nonsense

Not even gonna judge. I remember when I was that exact age (19) I had the most painfully deep infatuation with this dude who was in college who I’m certain was only in community college because he got financial aid and college kids were good steady buyers of the “substances” he was selling.
Became friends/friendly and in the process I found out if he gets arrested again it’d be pretty certain he’d be in the slammer because he got away it so many times.
Never went farther than our college friendship/flirtationship even though we obviously were into each other because I was raised with too much self respect by a proactive father figure to actually pursue anything further than that and I was SOOOO MADD AND SAD about that and would literally CRY IN MY BED AT NIGHT because I had to much foresight and self worth to just allow a definitely doomed romance to happen. 😅
