Bravo for your effort! I learn German too. I use one simple trip for the pronunciation of tricky words or sentences - I type them in google translate and press the sound sign and listen and repeat.

When a word starts with St or Sp you have to spell it like Sch not actually like S, stunden=schtunden spielen=schpielen :) Greetings from germany:)
