  • Today I recommend yeast patties with meat and cabbage. They are simple to make. They require some time for the dough to rise, but they are really worth making. You can make a double batch and freeze the finished patties. they will be equally tasty when heated.
    Fried patties - 8 pcs.:
    - 250g of flour
    - 150 ml of milk
    - ½ teaspoon of sugar
    - 2 eggs (1 for the dough and 1 for the filling)
    - 15g of yeast
    - 1 tablespoon of spirit
    - 1 tablespoon of oil
    - 200g of cooked meat (can be from broth)
    - 200g sauerkraut
    - 50g of onion
    - salt pepper
