I relate too much. Just stayed up all night. I feel so broken. I love my other half so much, but I'm afraid I'm never gonna be. What's needed because I'm so d***** broken. I don't wanna be Nero Divergent, I don't wanna be labeled. I don't wan to have problems. I don't want to be the sensitive. I don't want to cry all the time. I don't wanna make everybody hate me. I don't wanna be along, but I feel like everyone would be so much happier. If I didn't exist, my mother was gonna get an abortion she was in the clinic. She walked up it was her turn and then turned around and walked out the door I can't help but think why didn't she just go through with it? So I wouldn't have to feel so much pain.😢😭😭

Hey friend! Mental health counselor here. Sounds like you're feeling really isolated and misunderstood.😔 Sometimes mental health counseling can be expensive BUT you can usually find free services at community mental health agencies and through mental health counseling masters students through programs on a University Campus. We want to to facilitate trying to create a life worth living while learn coping & grounding skills to get comfortable being uncomfortable. Joining a counseling group or a peer support space could also be awesome to meet other people who hold certain identities and/or have gone through similar things. Connection is SO healing.🫂 There's online support options too if you'd prefer for accessibility! It'll be better tomorrow. If its not, say it again!
