Iowa and the US treated Xi with respect in 1985 and then again in 2012. The two countries should continue to be friends. This is what foreign diplomatic relationship should have been.

Xi wants to take your guns and your freedom to elect representatives in government. If you disagree, I am sure his goons would also take your life.

It'great to see the warm and heartfelt bonding between Iowa and XiJinPing. I wish the Americans in Iowa had risen up to support and further relations with Xi and China during the dreadful four years of Trump's shocking racism and deployment of gangster tactics, actions basically unnacceptable in the world of good statesmanship and diplomacy as it is evident here in the stately occasion. How did we simply allow the special hold of state power entrusted into the hands of the elected president to be used for his personal approach to batter the goodrelationship between China and the US? We were all confused by the barbaric behaviour of Trump, Pompeo etc and didnt know how to react to his show of pomp and haute couture until the shocking showdown revelation of the addiction to manipulate and seize power in the last few days of his
free fall with his autocratic administration. It was obvious then, to many of us, that the current unchecked power given to POTUS cam endanger our world besides doing great harm to the sanity and stability of the American democratic system. Mainstream media of the English speaking countries could have helped the US improve the democratic system and ensure steps are taken to help the public in how to vote for the most suitable candidate for responsible governing of the country and people. At that very unstable and embarrassing time for the US, we should remember that China and Xi kept their cool and went about their way without adding fuel to the fire that blazed from the Capitol and Trump's wild accusations of systemic cheating in the election results. China kept quiet and detached until certainty was restored. and Biden's victory announced. Then it was reported that when the dust settled, Xi Jin Ping sent Biden his congratulations, saying China trust the US has proper election systems set up and its vote counting managed professionally. That's how good friends support us in times that rocked. The current Nato and Bidem's aggression, hostility and arrogance and their capitalising on making China the US's enemy is totally unfounded, if. only to scapegoat China as an excuse for their outdated and wasteful military spending. Americans are educated people with strong moral standing. They can see that Biden's continuation of Trump's racist bullying and gangster politics on China only propell the loss of credibility for the US for ifs no brainer that Biden's current racist picking on China willencourage
violence and racist attacks on American Chinese communities. When we can see that our leader is going down the same wrong path to decline, we know we dont follow blindly but we mustnt forget we have empowered our leaders to represent us, also, the world. Is Biden's current treatmenz of China and utter disregard for a truly great leader, Xi Ji Ping and the civisation of China fair and reasonable? Can we tolerate and allow our leaders to be contemptous racists! No, and it's up to us to share the empowerment for tthe people. Any civilised country today, in 2021,will stand up. against racism. Will the USA allow any racist politician to lead them to war? Are we blind to the G7's bonding with Japan, led by facists who carried out
genocide of the Chinese people in mainland China and all over SE Asia during WW2? Do we even question the relevance of the G7 unilateral trading
today vis-a-vis the multilateral global trading of the Belt & Road? Do you think adherence to the US's Trump's unilateral compliance by G7 or Quads countries a democratic set up movement for global trading or are we afraid to see its disjointed structure and the schism between power and conceptualisation for globalisation? I beg our educated middle classes, working fellowmen and women, elites and aristocracy to open their eyes andnot to follow the stupid blind ways of any leader intent on leading us backwards and into another WW. Nato should remember it was set up to ensure peace.

Very good capture, it was not shown in our public News, I am traveling abroad so have chance to see it. Looking back into the history, you'd know that he was also the victim of the Culture Revolution, like many many people of my parents' generation, however it gave him chance to know the poolest part of the country, and more importantely, people who lived there.
